Mr. Lalit Jobanputra

Mr. Lalit Jobanputra, Chairman & MD of JW Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is the founder of the group, he has an experience of more than 3 decades in the field of Logistics Service, CHA Agent, IATA Cargo Agency as well as Airport Ground Handling services.
Mr. Lalit Jobanputra after completing his graduation in Commerce and with a Master’s in Business Administration; began his career with Reliance Industries Ltd as Marketing Executive and grew to the level of All India Sales Manager.
In the year 1984, he began his journey in the field of logistics with the formation of JAC Air Services, which earned him recognition from all the Airlines operating for custom clearance in India. He also started providing Ground Handling Services at Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai airport terminal.
In the year 1990 Mr. Lalit Jobanputra started M/S FLYJAC FORWARDERS; to cater to the growing requirement of Corporate Customers in the Field of Freight Forwarders and subsequently adding Value to FLYJAC as Total Integrated Logistics Solutions Service Provider; setting up 26 offices across India and with a network of 108 agents across the globe.
Mr. Jobanputra’s futuristic outlook, fueled by an aim to ‘Think Big, Think Differently, Think Fast and Think Ahead’ led him to diversify the business operations in the field of logistics. In 2004 he established the JWC Logistics Park, & in 2014 JWR Logistics, which are Container Freight Station at Panvel (near upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport) with state-of-the-art bonded & non-bonded warehousing facility with its own transport fleet & material handling equipment’s spread across a Land Bank of 150 acres of land. This facility caters to JNPT and has been awarded ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001 and C-TPAT certifications & also AEO Certified.
In an endeavor to create a ‘Logistics Hub’ which would cater to the seaport and airport users, Mr. Jobanputra set up JWL Cold Store, a state of the art Cold Storage, catering to Pharmaceutical & Food industry separately with 80,000 pallet positions & having temperature range from +25 degree to (-25) degree spread across Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore.
With his vision and rich experience of three decades, Mr. Jobanputra has created a mark in the field of Logistics.
Mr. Jobanputra has also contributed towards social cause. He is the Founder Director of the Asian Heart Institute in Mumbai. He also set up “Anand Ashram”, a home for the aged, at Vejreshwari on the outskirts of Mumbai; to contribute back to the society.
